On July 21, 1965, OTECSECA Insurance Brokerage Society commenced operations, under the guide of a traditional insurance family, with many years experience in the insurance market.
Since then, thanks to the trust of its clients, the professionalism of its employees and the support of all the insurance companies with which it has had relationships, the Society has acquired on a daily basis the experience, capability and efficiency accumulated throughout many years of successful labor, which have permitted it to maintain firmly, despite the rapid changes of recent years, its principal goal since its inception, "advice and service".
Nowadays, with a well organized group of employees that is identified with the companys goals, a technological base that is in accord with current needs and comfortable offices, OTECSECA Insurance Brokerage Society is prepared to undertake any project that arises and to provide the same quality service that has been the norm.
The Societys personnel comprise a Managing Director, a deputy Managing Director, three Area Managers and five Division Heads, that together with another eleven efficient employees, provide good service to all clients, always within a philosophy that permits rapid decision making at any level.
The employees total identification with the company and its objectives is evident in the extremely low personnel turnover, which has allowed it, for many years, to count on the dedication of professionals that have contributed, with their efforts, to aggrandize the company through the labor and service attitude they supply.
Nowadays, among the personnel, other than the Managing Director and the deputy Managing Director, who were present since the companys inception, there are employees with 23,21,19,17 and 16 years of service that, although not currently in the roster, contributed in a great measure to the development of the company, leaving behind a good example of dedication and professionalism.
The services provided by OTECSECA Insurance Brokerage Society to its clients, comprise everything related to the analysis and evaluation of risks, consulting in management of said risks, negotiation of special conditions for the policies, underwriting of policies, management of policies, contracting for management and related services, processing of claims, consulting on indemnification agreements and, generally, all activities related to risk management and insurance.
For this purpose, the Company counts with an organization that includes a Customer Service office, with a very flexible structure, that enables it to adapt with great ease to the requirements of each organization, even with the assignment of a full-time account executive (part time at the clients installations, the rest of the time performing any required transactions), in cases that justify it.
The Societys internal structure, in a modular fashion, guarantees the respective technical and administrative support the Account Executive needs, achieving an absolute co÷rdination, even in cases of management of large group policies
